| Marji Mc
Fadden is a Dutch>English translator, writer, and
editor who specializes in international equestrian
communications. She is the preferred translator of the
Royal Warmblood Studbook of the Netherlands
(KWPN) and is responsible
for the translation of its magazine IdS
International as well as other official KWPN
texts. Marji’s major translation projects to date
include the books Totilas: The Living Legend
by Jacob Melissen, Ride Horses with Awareness
and Feel: The New Dressage Training System from the
Dutch Olympians at Academy Bartels by Tineke and
Joep Bartels, Selecting The Dressage Horse
by Dirk-Willem Rosie with Anky van Grunsven, and The
Simplicity of Dressage by Johann Hinnemann and
Coby van Baalen.
Marji also translates a broad range of
texts outside the horse industry, ranging from corporate
communications to websites. Her clients include individuals,
businesses, and agencies based in The Netherlands, Belgium, and the
US. |

Totilas: The Living Legend
Totilas: The Living Legend will be available for purchase at
the end of September 2010. The 200-page book about the life of
Moorlands Totilas includes interviews with equestrian celebrities
from the Netherlands and other countries. High points of Totilas'
career are featured and accompanied by beautiful photographs of
renowned competitions, such as the 2009 European Championships in
Windsor, 2010 Indoor Brabant, and 2010 Aachen. The book, which is
available in Dutch and English, may be ordered through

will present the first copy of the new book at the KWPN stand during
the 2010 World Equestrian Games in Kentucky.
